A really awesome mash-up!!! Is it completely vocals? Because that's sweet; there aren't any "blank spots" because you seem to cover them really well with overlapping vocals and transitions, as well as a pretty consistent and constant background of vocals. I especially love the harmony in the end, it really makes this song worth listening to over and over and overandoverandover... (etc.) I honestly can't think of many critiques for this, I guess just watching the harmony in the end because it got louder (just because of all the voices, I guess) and threatened to drown out the main melody? It didn't, but I suppose that's always something to watch out for! But the balance was pretty good, and I liked how you kinda pared it down in the end to the single vocal. Preeeeetty awesome!

raggd46 responds:

Thank you so much! Yep its all voices done by myself apart from the pretty awesome solo done by Tony Mchugh (you should check out his stuff too :P )

Ready, steady, cool!

I've had this floating around my playlist for a while; it's always enjoyable to come across. Love the country/rockband feel, it's not overwhelmingly leaning towards either category (which is great balance!) Mind if i use it for an animation? (credit duly noted)

Edwin47 responds:

Thanks for the kind words. Feel free to use it, for anything you want :)

Chilling

Sounds like a movie soundtrack, looking outside this winter at the snow it totally fits, like a graveyard scene that flips into a shot of a church. I hope you're in a choir, because such a voice should not be put to waste. Or a cappella, definitely. =3

VGSongbird responds:

I have been in choir all my life; sadly, I am not in one at this point in time, but choral music will always have a special place in my heart. I hope to post more songs in this style in the future, and I hope you continue to listen in ^_^

Idea!

Okay, not a perfect 10 because you sound like you could be more confident on the electric, i believe? I respect that you can play a guitar this good (i can't really play...at all <D) but yeah, it gave me an idea...hmmm, mind if i do or do not use this in the near or very distant future? I have an animation idea that it could go with, but then i have lots of half finished animations, and school Xp

yokomeso responds:

Ya, go ahead and use this with your animation! As long as you put it into your author info when uploading (just the song) I am up for it. Songs a year old, so I feel I play a meaner solo now.

Also the distortion on its a lil on the... i guess amateur side (personally I can get a better setting)...

Tell me if you need any help!

actually, it is pretty calming!

I've been listening to this for a while now, in sort of a loop between Got a Chance and Time Warp on my playlist, and i really like the ambiance that this gives out. It's futuristic with an underground dance party feel. Nice job!

customstuff responds:

Time Warp is amazing. I haven't heard Got a Chance though. Anyway, I'm glad you like it! I actually only spent 1 hour on this song! I'm working on a couple things so stay tuned :)
Thanks for the review!

cool!

woah, a total blend of classical with epic ambiance, guitar rocking and metal amazingness! i also love the contrast between real hardcore playing and then a soft ending, really ties up the song. definite 10/10!

rtnario responds:

Yep. I always wanted to do this one day, and I'm glad that day came. Just the right mix of classical and metal :D Thank you for the review!
